Personal Independence Payments (PIP)

Brian, The Editor, reading a book titled 'Every Man's Own Lawyer - by A Barrister'.

PIP is based on how your medical condition affects your daily life – it is not based on your illness, disability, or the medication that you are prescribed. The assessment looks at what you can do independently, and what you require help with. Here at The Lawyer and The Nurse, we can help you to fill out your PIP form and review any medical evidence. We can also appeal PIP’s decision against you if this is negative, or if you were awarded standard rate and feel you should receive enhanced, attending appeals as supporting advocacy team and to ensure a fair assessment.
