The Lawyer & The Nurse
At The Yards

The Queen Kayley
Victorian Tearoom
We appreciate our business is a little quirky, but this is a tearoom with a purpose - to provide as much free assistance to help those who struggle with red tape & regulations as we can. Every penny spent enjoying our locally sourced extravagant afternoon tea goes towards funding legal help for the most vulnerable - at a time of greatest need.
-
Every scone with clotted cream & jam helps us to advocate for those who are finding it difficult to be heard.
-
Every coffee & cake allows us to overturn unfair decisions not to fund that the vulnerable struggle to challenge;
-
Each private hire enables us to support more people with their benefits applications.
We may not look like a community centre, but that's what we are. We wanted to go the extra mile for families affected by Autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent conditions - welcoming those as quirky as ourselves. So, whether you simply want to enjoy an afternoon tea, find a venue for a special occasion, or come along to our organised events - you can know that you've contributed to giving the voiceless a voice.
Seats are available in both the Victorian Tearoom & Sensory Dining Room if buying an Afternoon Tea or joining us for our Bottomless Breakfast Saturdays.
Within our tearoom, we are always preparing to host tea parties for child carers & afternoon teas for NHS / Social care workers - but these wouldn't be possible without our amazing sponsors helping us to do so. If you would like to aid us in hosting an event for these incredible people, please do contact us.
